PACKAGING

All orders are wrapped in tissue paper, stickered and tied with a raffia ribbon to keep all of your shit together. We know you’re going to be excited to see this baby arrive, so not only does it look amazing on arrival, but it also means you don’t accidentally throw anything out. We’ve all been that dickhead.

We then put this lovely wrapped bundle of awesome into either a rigid mailer (orders of 4 cards or less) or a cardboard CD/DVD mailer (5 cards or more) so that your order stays intact and also so your cards make it in pristine condition when they arrive. We all like it rough, but not that rough.

This also might be a good time to mention that all amounts charged for postage go straight to the people delivering it. We aren’t greedy cunts and don’t believe in profiting from shipping. If anything, we will keep looking for a better way to make this cheaper for you until we can offer to send it to you for free.

We endeavour to use only materials that have been recycled or can be recycled. If sending via Express Post, you will find I leave the inner rigid envelope blank so that you can reuse this at some point in time etc. etc.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

If your order arrives and there isn’t something right with it, whether the order is incorrect, it has turned up in shit condition or you generally aren’t happy with the product, please contact me within seven (7) days of receiving your order. I really do give a shit about this and am more than happy to ensure have the best time with us.

THE OTHER C-WORD.

When thinking about delivery times etc. Please bear in mind that COVID is really fucking with everyone’s shit at the moment and that there may be unexpected delays and longer than usual delivery times. If you aren’t sure if an item will get to you on time, or if you need an item before a certain date, feel free to get in touch with me directly via email, Instagram or the contact page and I can confirm whether this can be done or not.

Australia Post offers a Platinum Post delivery option that has successfully guaranteed delivery from Perth to Sydney and Melbourne within 2 working days. This service does cost $17.45 and is an option if you need it. I don’t list this as a delivery option just in case it doesn’t make it to you on time (e.g. if you order on Thursday and need the card Friday – it won’t arrive until Monday), that’s not good cricket.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING/POSTAGE – Australia

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Free standard postage within Australia

We offer free standard postage on all orders to any address within Australia. This is sent via the Australia Post network and is untracked, and most deliveries are paid using stamps.

Parcel & Express Post

For those that are way too excited to receive your cards and have opted for the tracked postage options, a tracking code will be sent to you once this has been lodged at the post office. All orders are posted using prepaid envelopes or satchels supplied by Australia Post. All pricing as per the Australia Post online store as of 8 September 2021.

Parcel Post is charged at $5.50 per order and Express Post is charged at $7.50 per order.

As a little token of my appreciation for you being a fucking legend, and also for your order, all orders over $40 receive free Express Post shipping to any address within Australia. From the bottom of my dark little heart, thank you.

International Shipping

Please note we are unable to ship internationally at this point in time, this will be reassessed in January 2022. Apologies for any inconvenience legend.

International Delivery Time Frames

On all international orders, Australia Post will endeavour to dispatch your order

  • Express – 1 to 2 working days
  • Standard – 3 to 10 working days

The delivery time for international orders once dispatched is typically 10+ business days. Estimated delivery times are between metro areas of major cities. Excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control. Country-specific delivery times are available on the Australia Post International Deliveries page.**

Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19.
